Customers can order your baked goods, by submitting an inquiry request through the website or call during business hours, once your request is received, I will reach out to you via phone or email to discuss the details of your order. once all the details are confirmed, I will issue an invoice with a due date for your retainer fee. Once you pay your retainer, your locked in. Creative Confections does not accept social media requests.

Two weeks is perfered but always call or submit a request and let's talk about.

All of our orders are custom specially for you, we design each product for you and with your input and our Creative Confections touch. Call or submit your request and I will contact you tol start the process.

Once your order is placed, I will issue a invoice via email or text. You will have an option to pay via, credit card or debit card . Payment in full is required upfront before pickup/delivery. I do not accept cashapp or venmo payment.

I offer delivery which starts at $40.00 for a 10-mile radius. After 10 miles additional fees will be applied per mile.

Yes, you can freeze your baked goods, directions will be provided with your order. Instructions are based on the baked goods.

Ingredients are included on the packaging of your baked good and varies bases on your custom order.

We are NOT a egg free, Peanut free bakery.

Creative Confections accepts bulk orders, for all bulk orders, please call or submit an inquiry. We do not allow resale of products.
